Building on Communities for Peace and SAO’s livelihood delivery platform, the organisation contributes to integrated programming for at-risk communities, voluntary disengagement, socio-economic reintegration, receiving-community support and reconciliation. Formal screening, categorisation, legal determinations and weapons management remain government or mandated functions.

- Experience engaging the Hirshabelle Ministry of Internal Security, local authorities, traditional leaders, women, youth and community representatives.
